The DK-aw-1100 is used for measuring the equilibrium moisture content of granulate, viscid products, and surfaces (e. g. paper). Especially the food industry and pharmaceutical industry provide fields of application for this instrument.

The DK-aw-1100 is a modern water activity meter with a memory function. Probe and display are built-in into the same unit making the instrument very compact and space-saving.
